Day 3📅Lao Cai - Sapa - Fansipan

Your highland journey begins as your overnight train arrives early in Lao Cai, the gateway to northern Vietnam. Meet your local guide and transfer to the charming mountain town of Sapa, nestled at 1,500 meters above sea level. After a refreshing shower and hearty breakfast, enjoy a detailed briefing from your local guide. Here, you’ll also meet your Hmong porter and cook—your companions for this immersive trekking experience through Vietnam's mountainous terrain.

Our trek begins by leaving the town of Sapa behind, descending through terraced fields and local marketplaces. We soon pass through the Hmong village of Cat Cat, where traditional wooden houses dot the landscape, pigs roam freely, and children greet visitors with curious smiles.
Reaching the Linh Ho River at 1,200 meters, we carefully cross a narrow bamboo bridge, a thrilling moment that feels worlds away from the city. From there, the trail leads upward into the dense, misty rainforest, where the canopy overhead filters the sunlight and muffles the sounds of the outside world. The terrain grows steeper as we climb, but the tranquil ambiance of nature and the rhythm of the trail keep us moving.
By late afternoon, we reach our secluded camping spot at 2,200 meters. Here, surrounded by ancient trees and the soothing sounds of the jungle, your guide and cook set up a cozy camp and prepare a delicious evening meal. As night falls, you’ll enjoy the symphony of nocturnal wildlife—an unforgettable soundtrack to your first night in the mountains.
Day 4📅Fansipan
We start out very slowly with a minor descend, before we again move upwards. If we are lucky, we might see some of the giant butterflies living around here, reaching a size of 25cm. At around 2400m the rainforest gradually gives way to huge, succulent bamboo, passing we reach a ridge at 2,900m, and now have magnificent view down through the long Spa valley, over the area we just have passed, to the mountain range on the other side. At an altitude of 2400m, the porters put up our camp for the next 02 nights. There is a fine view from here, and this wills our base camp, from this we start the final ascend the next morning.
Day 5📅Fansipan
After an early breakfast, we set out on the final ascend. A few steep stretches must be passed, but nothing insurmountable, and at the lunchtime, we reach the summit at 3,143m. We now stand at the highest point of Viet Nam, and the view is stunning, to the North in to China as well as to South and Laos, and the mountainous area with Dien Bien Phu in between. Time for a good long break, before we return to our base camp at 2,400m.
Day 6📅Fansipan - Sapa - Lao Cai - Hanoi
Descend from the Mountains – Return to Hanoi
Wake up to the peaceful sounds of nature and enjoy a warm cup of coffee amidst the towering trees of the northern highlands. As the Hmong porter packs down the camp and heads out ahead, take a moment to soak in the fresh mountain air—this is what authentic Vietnam adventure tours are all about.
After breakfast, begin your trek back down the mountain, retracing familiar paths through misty forests and terraced hills. The descent is quicker and easier, allowing you to truly appreciate the stunning scenery and reflect on your trekking experience.
By midday, arrive back in Sapa, where a hot shower and a refreshing drink await. Enjoy some free time to explore the town or relax at a local café before transferring back to Lao Cai station.
In the evening, board the overnight train to Hanoi, resting comfortably as the rhythmic motion of the train carries you back toward the capital. This marks the end of your Sapa mountain journey—an unforgettable highlight of your Vietnam tour package.
Day 7📅Hanoi - Halong - Kayaking
Arrive Hanoi early in the morning. Pick up and transfer to restaurant for breakfast. Leave Hanoi for Halong Bay and arrive around noon. Board a traditional wooden junk and begin your exploration of magical Halong Bay, one of Southeast Asia's premier tourist destinations. An excellent, fresh seafood lunch will be served on the boat while cruising to the most beautiful areas in Halong for an afternoon paddling. You'll receive instructions and safety procedures by our guide. 2.5 hours paddling to Lady Men Temple through giant cave, beaches. Arrive in late afternoon just in time to relax and swim on the beach. Dinner and overnight on comfortable and charming junk.
Day 8⚓📅Kayaking in Halong
Wake up early in the morning to enjoy the aquamarine water of the bay at its best. After breakfast and early swim, we continue for 2,5 hours paddling visit to the isolated beach, floating village. Meet the junk again for lunch before continue to paddle about 2 hours in the afternoon. Dinner and over night on board.
Day 9📅Kayaking - Halong - Hanoi
Today, we take the final paddle to the floating fishing village. Explore the village and lagoons by kayaks. Lunch with the crew while the boat cruise back to the harbor. Transfer back to Hanoi by vehicle. Overnight at the hotel in Hanoi.
Day 10📅Hanoi - Ho Chi Minh City
Arrive Hanoi early morning, pick up and transfer to the airport for flight to Ho Chi Minh City. On arrival, transfer to hotel. Rest of the day is free at leisure.
Day 11📅Ho Chi Minh City - Mekong Delta

After breakfast proceed to Can Tho, the main town. Take loop of 30km to Can Tho. On arrival, check into hotel. Overnight at hotel in Can Tho.
Day 13📅Can Tho - Chau Doc
Morning boat trip to visit Cai Rang Floating Market, the most bustling floating market in Mekong Delta nowadays. Then take the loop on the way to Chau Doc through the villages and stop on the way at kindergardens, talking to the farmer in the field and continue by van to Chau Doc. On arrival, take another boat trip to visit the Cham Village to discover the culture of Cham people, fishing farm. Late afternoon arrive Chau Doc, check into hotel in Chau Doc.
Day 14📅Chau Doc - Phnom Penh
After breakfast, take express boat to Phnom Penh. End of service.
