AM: 7.45 – 8.15: Free pick up at your hotel. Then visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum to explore the architectural and historical aspects of Uncle Ho’s final resting-place. Just next door is Ho Chi Minh’s house on stilts and lying to one side of the Mausoleum is the One Pillar Pagoda, which was founded by King Ly Thai To in 1049 - the structure has become an important symbol for the people of Hanoi. Then continue on to the Buddhist Tran Quoc Pagoda at West lake (One of the oldest pagodas in Vietnam).Then visit Bat Trang pottery village (applied on Mon, Wed & Fri). Lunch at local restaurant.

PM: After lunch proceed to visit the Ethnology Museum (apply on Sun, Tue, Thu & Sat), the Literature Temple and Quoc Tu Giam, see Vietnam’s first university, constructed in 1070 - it’s gardens and well-preserved architecture will offer a relaxing glimpse into Vietnam’s past. Take you past Hoan Kiem Lake to see the peaceful waters, and the beauty of Ngoc Son temple. At the end, journey through Hanoi’s Old Quarter, where you’ll then have a chance for some shopping and exploration. Tour ends around 15h30 - 16h00.

Hoalu - Tam Coc is perfect combination for a day trip to learn about a dark period when Vietnam was conquested by Northern Invader. Hoalu is a sacred land with two temple worshiping those kings in 10 century who gave great contribution for the nation. ITINERARY:

AM : 8:00 - 8:30. Our guide & driver will pick you up at your hotel in Hanoi Old Quarter, then leave by coach to Hoa Lu (2.5 hrs). Visit the historic capital of Vietnam and the famous ancient temples of Le and the Dinh Dynasties. Then our bus will transfer you from Hoa Lu to Tam Coc for lunch around at 12:30PM.

PM : After lunch, boat trip to visit Tam Coc to see the beauty of the karst formations as you pass along their base and row into one of the many caves carved through the limestone. Then, cycle for an hour on quiet roads through villages, rice fields, rivers and rocky outcrops in Tam Coc - Bich Dong (around 5 km). You will free and overnight stay in Tam Coc homestay.

10.00 – 10:30: Our shuttle bus will pick you up from Ninh Binh and start our trip to explore the most amazing bay in the North of Vietnam. On the way, we will have a quick stop at the middle of the way to rest. 12.30: Arrive in our office at Hon Gai Pier, you will have a bit time to relax and enjoy a cup of tea/coffee. Wait for our captain to finish the registration and transfer by tender to our boat. 12.45: Enjoy welcome drink and spend a couple minutes to briefing about safety on boat and activities included then we check in our cabin. 13.30: Delicious Vietnamese set menu will be served while leisurely cruising further into Bai Tu Long Bay. 15.00: Arrive in kayaking area – that is Cap La Island. Enjoy kayaking through the karst and breathtaking nature, swimming and relaxing. 17.30: Get back to the boat and enjoys our Sunset party while our cruise sailing to the overnight anchorage. 19.00: Sumptuous set-dinner on board. 20.30: Free time to challenge yourself in Vietnamese puzzle games, or gathers your group/family for a board game; try your luck with squid fishing or simply has a cocktail and enjoy the quiet night on the bay.

06.00: Start your day with a Tai Chi routine on sundeck or catch a morning view of the stunning bay’s landscape with a cup of tea or coffee. 07.30: Breakfast will be served in Western style, familiar to you to fulfill your strength and ready for another exploring day. 09.00: Transfer to a day cruise, we cruise passing several floating hamlets including Cap La and Cong Dam, we enter the Centre of pristine Bai Tu Long Geology Park. In there, we will visit Vung Vieng fishing village to interact with local people. 12.00: Back to the boat for a delicious hot lunch at noontime. 14.00: Spend more time for kayaking and swimming at Cong Dam, or relaxing on boat. If the weather allows, we can take a glance at Thay Cave before back to the anchor point. 16.30: Return to the main boat and enjoy sunset party afterwards. 19.00: Dinner will be served. 20.30: Free time for joining Games, you may also try your luck with squid fishing.

06.30: Start early Tai Chi demonstration on sundeck. 07.30: Breakfast will be served in Western style and furthermore with Vietnamese traditional food. 08.00: Explore the well hidden Thien Canh Son Cave and enjoy a white sandy beach at Hon Co Island. Our tour guide will provide some interesting stories of Ha Long Bay and this cave, made by Mother Nature. 09.00: Back to the boat to pack and check out of your cabin. Prepare to join in our traditional cooking demonstration.

10.30: Vietnamese cooking demonstration on boat.11.00: Enjoy a traditional Vietnamese lunch. 12.00: Disembark in Hon Gai pier. 12.30: Farewell Halong Bay then returns to Hanoi. 17.00: End of service. You will come back hotel before taking flight to Da Nang. Transfer to Hoi An. Overnight stay at hotel

07h30-08h30: Pick up at hotel (Hoi an city) to Cua Dai harbour. 08h30: Relaxing in fresh cool wind, you will enjoy the beautiful landscape on a speed boat to Cham Island. 09h00: Arriving at Lang Beach. Visiting the Marine Protected Area, The Boat Shelter, Hai Tang pagoda, Traditional fishing Village. 10h00: Swimming and snorkeling. 11h30: Staying at Bai Ong ecological zone or Bai Chong beach, swimming, taking time to enjoy a sea food lunch. 14h00: Packing luggage for return trip to Hoi An. 14h30: Seeing you off at your hotel and finish your trip

08:30: Local guide pick up at the hotel. Go to market with our chef (about 30 minutes) by taxi. We will have chance to see and experience the noise as well as directly contact to sellers. In addition to this, we will show the ingredients for using in our lesson. 09:15: Tranfer to Cam Thanh village by car or boat on the way, you can explore the beautiful views of Vietnamese countryside, see the water coconut trees growing together. 11:00: Enjoy welcome drink and take a rest at our restaurant, then join cooking class. Our chef will teach you how to cook some local food. After the lesson, enjoy what you have cooked. 13:00: Return to the hotel
